Meet The Founders
Asa Wright
Asa is the apprenticeship brain behind Eos Learn and the EOS system. He has successfully held a variety of roles in apprenticeship provision including delivery, quality and curriculum and operational management.
He was part of the team that helped Lifetime grow to become the largest apprenticeship provider in the UK. He has also worked for Ofsted Grade 1 providers.
Asa has been through multiple Ofsted and EFSA audits and is always on hand to provide support to our clients regarding funding rules and compliance.
With Gary, Asa has also delivered apprenticeships as an employer, so has seen it from both sides. Asa brings all of this experience to the EOS system and learning content to ensure it’s perfect for you and all of your employees.
Gary Norton
Gary’s background is in leadership and learning and development. As head of L&D at Ford’s UK retail network, Gary won multiple awards both internally and externally.
His qualifications in leadership and L&D allow Gary to build e-learning that has developed thousands of learners over his career. Now Gary brings this experience to the EOS content library and virtual learning environment.
Gary understands how to engage your learners and keep them motivated to progress.
ONE Purpose
When we started EOS we had one purpose. Build an all-in-one system for funded training that could be customised to meet the differing needs of independent training providers and employer providers. The system had to have engagement at the heart of everything it did. It needed to be extremely simple to use. And it had to have e-Learning and a content authoring tool to future-proof delivery.
Over the last 3 years, we have been evolving, reinvesting and developing our system and now we have finally achieved our goal.
