It starts with the portal build. You will select you own URL name, hand over your brand pack and we will build you your own version of EOSONE so that it looks like your system, not ours.
While the basics above are put together we’ll meet with you to better understand your internal processes and requirements. This is a great chance for us to share some ideas with you on how to leverage the technology in EOSONE to improve efficiency.
We will then share all of the templated forms and workflows with you so you can choose to keep, customise or replace.
If your requirements demand new functionality to be built into the system, we will scope these requirements with you and customise EOSONE to deliver them. You can see some example of this at the bottom of the page.
The final step in the customisation process is for you to review and test you forms, workflows and functionality with dummy learners. We can then make any changes to ensure everything is perfect.
Your first experience with our customisation process will come at implementation as described above. However, we know your business needs change over time and you may have plans for your business to grow and evolve. So, we meet with clients regularly to review their EOSONE and provide continued customisation forever.
