You can then drill down into the finer detail and look at KSB, OTJ, Quiz Scores, and Learner Dashboards. Everything you need to know is available live in real-time.

Learners

Your learners get a personal progress dashboard that shows them key data on their progress and outlines their outstanding actions so they always understand what they need to complete next. They will understand instantly if they are off-track and they will know what to do to move on-track.

Your learners also get a heat map which tracks and keeps a record of their opinion of their improvement throughout the programme.

Your learners get information on the following:

  • Days completed vs days left on the programme
  • Modules completed vs expected
  • KSB completed vs expected
  • OTJ completed vs expected
  • Average quiz scores so far

Your learners then have an action tracker which shows actions outstanding and those which have been completed. The learner dashboard engages your learners with their apprenticeship and empowers them to take ownership of their own learning.
